Outside the Scottish Borders

When you centre yourself in The Borders, you can access amazing places in all directions.  You can drive to coast, walk into woodlands and forest, Cycle the best trails and climb for the best views. What ever your mode of transport, it is best to be based in the Scottish Borders.  However, exploration from here is made easy.  The train from Tweedbank near Melrose, takes you into Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, a short journey south and you are across the border into Northumberland. Within 2 hours you can drive to Glasgow and easily reach Stirling or Perth.
