The Borders is home to the world-famous Rugby Sevens, and has some of the country’s best mountain biking at Glentress. With over 20 golf courses, world-class fishing on the River Tweed, quiet roads for cycling, beautiful walkroutes, and the horse-lover’s paradise of the annual common ridings, it’s hard to know where to start! And that’s without even mentioning tennis, motocross, cricket, bowling and the many athletics clubs in the region.
